Shortly after we were married, we decided to combine our nursing and occupational therapy backgrounds and open residential care facility for the elderly. However, our plans were sidetracked by graduate school, jobs, and the arrival and care of our three children, two of whom are adopted. Twenty five years later with our children approaching adulthood, we revived our dream and began planning for Britta Care Manor. Our dream was fulfilled when we found the perfect house, and began the preparations to make it the perfect residential care home....a home that fosters independence, sociality, dignity, family connection and a touch of humor every day. Now we are searching for the perfect residents whose needs are accommodated by these ideals. Eric Rabjohns, R.N., M.P.H., President – Britta Management Resources.
